Reimbursement of Leader registration expenses – various dates

1/7/2010 – Course subsidy – ‘that qualified leaders who lead club events be paid half the costs of qualifying and renewing instructor and first aid qualifications for the 2010-2011 year’

26/6/2013 – the club will reimburse half the re-registration and first aid costs for leaders.

Sometime in 2016 – from David Mausolf’s AGM President’s Report:  “Our policy of paying half of the registration fee for club members gaining leadership qualifications; then paying all the fee for re-registration and first aid training after three years is a very good use of club funds and appropriate recognition for the service given by our volunteer leaders.”

9/11/2017 – a motion was put forward and passed that the club pay the full costs of re-registration once that leader has led 5 trips in 3 years, and that the renewal payment be subject to committee approval.
